AGENT FOR REMOVING GREASE AT LOW TEMPERATURE AND METHOD FOR REMOVING GREASE IN STRIP BY USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A low temperature agent for removing grease and a method for removing grease in strip by using thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of pouring a degreasing agent comprising sodium gluconate 22 to 30 wt.%, diethylglycol monobutyl ether 22 to 30 wt.%, hexamethylene tetramine 2 to 3 wt.%, EDTA-4Na 2 to 3 wt.%, defoamer 1.5 to 2 wt.%, potassium hydroxide 1 to 3 wt.% and a balance of non ionic surfactant into a strip degreasing solution in an amount of 0.18 to 0.22 %; and feeding a strip into the strip degreasing solution at 58 to 62°C.
