SEMICONDUCTOR APPARATUS AND DESIGN METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A semiconductor apparatus and a design method thereof are provided to reduce the cost and process required for performing a debugging by designing all the metal lines to be used in a semiconductor apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A main logic(400) is provided on a substrate to perform a real operation. Auxiliary logics(500-1 - 500-n) are integrated on the substrate which is a same substrate of the main logic(400). A plurality of metal lines(401,402,403) are provided with insulating layers between the main logic(400) and the auxiliary logics(500-1 - 500-n) to be layered. The auxiliary logics(500-1 - 500-n) are connected to a voltage terminal by using all of the plurality of auxiliary logics(500-1 - 500-n). The plurality of metal lines(401,402,403) are serially connected to connecting terminals of the auxiliary logics(500-1 - 500-n). The voltage terminal includes a power voltage terminal and a ground voltage terminal.
