PURPOSE: A handsfree combination structure for a portable terminal is provided to automatically connect a portable terminal to a speaker and a microphone of a handsfree when attaching the portable terminal to the handsfree. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(10) has at least two or more ground plates(12) at its rear surface smooth portion, for inputting and outputting voice signals. A handsfree(20) has ground pins(27) on which the rear surface smooth portion of the portable terminal(10) are mounted, which are elastically grounded to the ground plates(12) at a concave groove surface of a mounting groove of the portable terminal(10). The handsfree(20) has a microphone(23) and a speaker(24), which are connected to the ground pins(27), for inputting and outputting the voice signals.
