PURPOSE: A device for detecting and declaring an interrupt of an integrated circuit is provided to operate a system smoothly by selecting service troubles being informed from ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit), detecting, declaring, and reporting the service troubles to a main control unit, thereby preventing an unnecessary process in advance. CONSTITUTION: A counter unit(510) multiplies inputted clocks and creates a load pulse. An interrupt judging unit(520) is reset by the load pulse, reads inputted data with the clock, and judges whether the inputted data are interrupt signals. An interrupt declaring and resetting unit(530) declares and latches the corresponding interrupt. If the declared interrupt is read by a main control unit, the interrupt declaring and resetting unit(530) resets the corresponding interrupt.
