PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which enables to restrain adhesion, remaining and solidification of food material as well as to improve cleaning workability. SOLUTION: A cooking apparatus is composed of a cooking container to hold a cooking material, a stirring shaft supported by the cooking container and a stirring part with its base mounted to the stirring shaft and a stirring blade 9 at its front end which pivots around the stirring axis to stir and cook the cooking material in the cooking container. Recesses 17, 19 or step difference for engagements with support brackets 25, 27 are provided on the side of a basal part 15 of the stirring blade 9 and at the same time, the support brackets 25, 27 of the shapes corresponding to the recessed 17, 19 or the step differences provided in the stirring blade are furnished in the stirring part for engagements with the recesses 17, 19 or the step differences so that the basal part 15 of the stirring blade and the support brackets 25, 27 are tightened and secured with a clamp volt 51.
