PLUME TREATMENT SYSTEM USING WATER

PURPOSE: A plume treatment system is provided to reduce noises and noxious exhaust gas by decreasing the speed and temperature of the combustion gas through water injection during the combustion test of gas turbine engine. CONSTITUTION: A plume treatment system comprises a water injection unit(2) arranged at a side of a combustion chamber(14); an ejector unit(3) arranged at a side of the water injection unit, and which has a space and a nozzle and supplies water; a diffuser unit(4) arranged in the rear of the ejector unit, and which increases the constant pressure of air and reduces the flow velocity of air; a noise reduction unit(5) arranged at a side of the diffuser unit, and which has a water injection members(12,13) installed in two-stages; and a multi-channel extension(6) arranged at a side of the noise reduction unit, and which decreases scale of flow.
