PURPOSE: A system for an installment deposit/loan using a commodity purchase interest and a method thereof are provided to improve a cash rotating rate of an enterprise and execute a planned investment reflected by a consumption pattern by enabling unspecified users who deposit money by installments to pay a price of a specific commodity as installment deposit, supplying a large quantity reduction money of the price as an interest of the installment deposit, and transferring the amount allocated per month of the user to a brand enterprise immediately. CONSTITUTION: Terminals(A1-An) of users who deposit money by installments include a web browser for reading information with respect to a plurality of commodity purchase installment deposits registered by a brand enterprise on a screen and selecting one commodity purchase installment deposit and include a communication module for transmitting/receiving data. Terminals(B1-Bn) of the brand enterprise register purchase installment deposits with respect to each commodity for reading information through the medium of the terminals(A1-An), include a web browser for checking a transfer per month, and include a communication module for transmitting/receiving data. A commodity purchase installment deposit/loan server registers installment deposit information supplied in the brand enterprise, transfers corresponding money allocated per month to the brand enterprise, and manages accounts with respect to the installment deposit of each user.
