PURPOSE: A dust recycling apparatus of electric precipitator in sinter cake plant is provided which produces sintered ore of high quality and increases productivity by transferring fine dust collected in the electric precipitator to mixed water tank to mix the dust with fresh water and supplying the mixture as raw material adding water. CONSTITUTION: The dust recycling apparatus of electric precipitator in sinter cake plant comprises a mixed water tank(201) at the upper part of which a pressure reduction tank(202) for supplying the pressure reduced dust after reducing pressure of dust transferred at high pressure through transfer system is installed, and to which a supply water pipe(207) for supplying fresh water is connected; an agitator(203) for forming a mixed water by mixing dust inside the mixed water tank(201) with fresh water; upper and lower limit levelers(204,205) for controlling supply of dust and fresh water through the transfer system and supply water pipe(207) by sensing level of the mixed water tank(201); a circulation pump(206) for circulating mixed water to prevent dust from depositing on the lower part of the mixed water tank(201); and a mixed water pump(209) for supplying the mixed water inside the mixed water tank(201) into first and second drum mixers(111,112).
