PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling temperature of continuous annealing furnace by varying emissivity in accordance with types of workpiece is provided to contribute to material stabilization of cold rolled strip and solve problems of temperature deviation and material deviation per workpiece by applying accurate emissivity per types of workpiece. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for controlling temperature of continuous annealing furnace by varying emissivity depending on types of workpiece to perform temperature control on the continuous annealing furnace by measuring temperature of strip at the output side of the annealing furnace using radiation pyrometer(8-1), the apparatus for controlling temperature of the continuous annealing furnace by varying emissivity in accordance with types of workpiece comprises a signal conversion part(10) installed at the radiation pyrometer(8-1) to transmit radiation temperature measured values as measured temperature by applying an already setup first emissivity to the radiation temperature measured values; a temperature compensation part(20) in which emissivity per workpieces measured through practical experiment are stored, and which calculates real temperature by applying emissivity corresponding to types of workpiece entered the continuous annealing furnace to the measured temperature inputted from the signal conversion part; and a temperature control part(26) for controlling combustion facility of the annealing furnace to maintain the set temperature value by comparing a set temperature value with real temperature values of the workpiece outputted from each annealing furnace impressed from the temperature compensation part.
