A tool for scraping ice and frost off windshields. It is know to have an arm brace attached from the scraper to freely embrace the scraper. In this invention, the arm brace is secured to the scraper, which allows the arm brace to move clockwise upward, so it can be used manually. Since the arm brace enables the operator to use his own strength of his arm to increase extra pressure on the windshield.
