PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cleaning apparatus in which the direction of steam jet and a push button for feeding steam can be controlled with only one hand even when the apparatus is used with an extension pipe fitted to a steam feed pipe. SOLUTION: The steam cleaning apparatus includes a main body housing a steam generating device and a feeding means for feeding the generated steam. The feeding means includes the feeding port of the steam generating device communicating with a feeding nozzle which can connect with a steam feeding tool, and the feeding port and the feeding nozzle are connected to each other with first and second passages. The first passage is provided with a first steam interrupting means which is directly arranged on the downstream side relative to the feeding port, and a controlling means which is manually controlled. The second passage is provided with a second steam interrupting means which is directly arranged on the downstream side relative to the feeding port. The second steam interrupting means is equipped with an opening means for opening itself and this opening means is operated through the coupling of the feeding nozzle and the specified steam feeding tool.
