PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tassel folding and sewing machine capable of serially folding and sewing a tassel cloth, reducing the number of manual work processes and lowering a sewing cost. SOLUTION: This tassel folding and sewing machine is provided with a batten for pressing the lower half surface of the tassel cloth set to a die whose side edge on one side in a longitudinal orthogonal direction is curved and whose side edge in a longitudinal direction is straight roughly matched with a tassel and erecting the curved side edge on one side and the straight side edge by cooperating with the die. The machine is provided with a side edge folding member for folding both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the tassel cloth pressed by the batten and inserting a loop cord set to a holding part on a tip side to a side edge side, a folding lower member for folding the curved side edge on one side of the lower half surface of the tassel cloth pressed by the batten to the inner side, and a center folding member for moving to the die in the state of projecting a tip part from a die surface and folding and piling up the longitudinal orthogonal direction intermediate part of the tassel cloth over the longitudinal direction.
