METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONCENTRATING LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for concentrating a liquid by which the supplied liquid (for example, digestive liquid) can be concentrated with the reduction of the cost as much as possible using natural cold and stored in a liquid storage facility (the scale of which is limited). SOLUTION: The liquid (for example, the digestive liquid after the solid/liquid separation of dung of domestic animal) to be concentrated is supplied to a freezing pipe line 4 for passing through a region 2 where the cold is applied from the liquid storage facility 1 and returned to a concentrated liquid storage facility 3. The liquid to be concentrated is made to pass through the freezing pipe line 4 at a low velocity to freeze water in the liquid by the cold applied from the outside air. The concentrated liquid in which water is frozen is made to flow in the concentrated liquid storage facility 3 to discharge the water frozen in the freezing pipe line 4 to the outside (of the liquid storage facility 1, the freezing pipe line 4 and the concentrated liquid storage facility 3).
