PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device which can control pressuring strength to a treated person to be suitable for a massage machine, and the massage machine which utilizes the input device. SOLUTION: The input device 12 is provided with an airtight container-shaped grip section 224 which is filled with a fluid 209 inside and is formed so as to be elastically deformable at least in the radial direction, and with a pressure detector means 210 which detects a fluid 209 pressure and outputs the pressure to the outside as an object to be inputted.
