PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetics applicator which is compact and portable, has air tightness and can keep cosmetics for a long time, and in which a application bag impregnated with necessary quantity of cosmetics is connected so as to be easily taken out to a housing bag. SOLUTION: This applicator has the housing bag 1 which air-tightly houses a application bag 3 and liquid cosmetic 2. The application bag 3 is constituted of a laminated cloth 7 to constitute the outside surface and an inside cosmetic shielding resin film and at least a part of the application bag is combined with the housing bag so that a space 6 is formed in the laminated cloth.
