PURPOSE: A hinge device for a video display is provided to prevent a plate of a hinge assembly from being worn caused by a relative rotation using a general used bolt instead of a special hinge shaft, adjust an inclination angle of a display without using an additional element for restricting a rotation range of a hinge shaft, improve a hinge function, and reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A first movable plate(10) is fixed at the rear surface of the display and has a penetration opening(13). A second fixing plate(20) is connected to a stand of the display and has a penetration opening(23) whose upper portion is opened. A hinge shaft(30) is combined with the penetration openings(13,23) and has a head unit. A nut(70) is fixedly combined with a screw at the bottom portion of the hinge shaft(30). A first washer(41) is allocated between the head unit of the hinge shaft(30) and the first movable plate(10). A second washer is allocated between the first movable plate(10) and the second fixing plate(20). A third washer is allocated between the second fixing plate(20) and the nut(70). A shaft fixing washer(51) is fixedly combined with the second fixing plate(20). The shaft fixing washer(51) is an elastic washer for applying compression elasticity toward an axile direction.
