SOLUTION: In addition to additional rooms 41 and 42 provided between a passage 40 and stair halls 38 and 39, toilet rooms 34 to 37 adjacent to the stair halls 38 and 39 or a living room 58 can be used also as additional rooms in common. When the additional rooms 41 and 42 are not provided, the toilet rooms 34 to 37 adjacent to the stair halls or the living room 58 can be used also as the additional rooms in common.
