PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pinch and carry a variety of clamps regardless of the sizes of bolts and nuts, and also to easily and securely fasten and remove by rotating the clamp in a pinching and carrying state by forming the portion for pinching and carrying the clamp in a bill shape. SOLUTION: There are provided a bill portion 4 used to form two pieces of pinching and carrying portions 2, 3 for pinching and carrying clamps F for bolts and nuts openably in the bill shape, a fastening body portion 6 used to open tip ends 2c, 3c in the bill portion 4 by the operation of a lever 5, and a joining mechanism portion 9 joining mechanism for joining detachably to a rotational portion 8 in an electrically operated driver D for rotating the bill portion 4.
