PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruded material overturn preventing apparatus for an extruding facility which can convey a cooling table without overturning an extruded material extruded in a vertical attitude. SOLUTION: The extruded material overturn preventing apparatus for the extruding facility comprises an extruded material holding unit 13 having an extruded material holding part 13a for holding the extruded material extruded in the vertical attitude on a run-out table 5 so as not to overturn and a moving part 13b for moving the holding part 13a on the way of the first cooling table 7a, and an extruded material inverting unit 14 having a grasping part 14a for grasping the extruded material conveyed to the mid-way of the table 7a, and a drive part 14b for rotating and vertically moving the grasping part 14a. Thus, when the material is transferred from the table 5 to the table 7a and conveyed to the mid-way of the table 7a, the material of the vertical attitude is prevented from being overturned, and the material is inverted to a horizontal attitude on the way of the table 7 so that the material is be overturned in conveying thereafter.
