PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and small sized sea bottom extermination device for a shoal, capable of freely self traveling between the ground and shoal, and performing a prescribed exterminating work by going into the shoal. SOLUTION: This sea bottom extermination device is provided by spanning float bodies D on a vehicle body C of a crawler type back hoe An up and down adjustably by a hydraulic jack D1, inserting a cylindrical leg tube (f) fixed with a hydraulic buffer device (g) in its inside through an outer tube (e) as freely capable of sliding in each of the float bodies D, installing an outrigger E by winding the middle of a chain 7 spanned among them on a chain- straining device (g'), and mounting an exterminating folk body B installed with cutting members (i) having a round rod body 16 joined with a hydraulic cylinder 17 and having a cutting blade 15 in a row at a freely bending boom (a) in a state of inserting a prescribed length of upper end part of a vertical axial tube 13 of a T-shaped attaching tool (h) into a covering tube 26 from its lower direction with a bolt 32 and nut 33.
