PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mole trap for capturing moles damaging the agricultural field. SOLUTION: The constitution of this mole trap is characterized by mounting a driving part consisting of a cylindrical hollow tube, an up and down-moving rod inserted in the tube as capable of moving up and down, a spring one end of which is engaged with the up and down-moving rod and another end of which is engaged with the tube, and a stopper engaged with the up and down- moving rod at the opening edge of the horizontal part of an inducing tube having a lid, and also characterized by mounting the driving part consisting of the cylindrical hollow tube, the up and down-moving rod inserted into the tube as capable of moving up and down, the spring one end of which is engaged with the up and down-moving rod and the other end of which is engaged with the tube, the stopper installed at the middle of the tube and engaged with the up and down-moving rod, and a left and right-supporting legs at the lower part of the tube of the driving part.
