PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which can be installed even at a place with a shelf or the like thereabove without the trouble that the door of the dishwasher does not open, with which dishes can be readily put into and taken out from the dishwasher without being obstructed by the opened door, and the upper door of which can be stably opened and closed. SOLUTION: The dishwasher is provided with a lower door 22 and an upper door 23 at the main body 21, the lower end of the lower door 22 is pivotally supported at the lower end of an opening portion of the main body 21 for putting in or taking out the dishes to open and close the lower part of the opening portion. The upper door 23 moves along a groove 37 provided on both sides of the upper part of the main body 21 to open and close the upper part of the opening portion. When opening the upper part of the opening portion, the upper door 23 moves onto the top surface part of the main body 21 from the upper part of the opening portion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
