PURPOSE: A headrest having a multifunctional massager is provided to function variously by circling or reciprocating the massage unit linearly, or operating the multiple motion with actuating a power train unit and a cam selectively. CONSTITUTION: A massage system of a headrest is composed of massagers(11a,11b) rotated conversely by a power train unit and a first motor(15), and reciprocated linearly by a second motor(30) and a cam(31); rods(12a,12b) integrally fixed in massagers; and gear housings(17a,17b) containing massagers and rods. The massage system performs circular motion, linear reciprocating motion or multiple movement including circular motion and reciprocating motion by selecting varistor switches connected to first and second motors.
