PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing separation of a bone fragment is provided to completely prevent a bone fragment inserted into an artificial prosthesis before a surgical operation. CONSTITUTION: In an artificial prosthesis having a hollow shape for allowing a bone fragment of a patient or other persons to be inserted therein, a separation preventing member(20) is elastically coupled at both ends of the hollow portion of the artificial prosthesis. The separation preventing member comprises a semi-elliptical or rectangular plate(21), a first elastic member(22) coupled to one end of the plate perpendicular thereto, and a second elastic member(23) coupled to the other end of the plate perpendicular thereto.
