POSITION DETECTING DEVICE IN CONVEYOR SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A position detecting device used in a conveyor system is provided to precisely and continuously detect a position of a hook by using a limit switch in order to precisely operate an auto stopper. CONSTITUTION: A touch lever(2) is assembled into a body(1) through a pin(6). A detecting bracket includes a rod(8), which is elastically supported by a spring(9). A crevice(10) having a bearing(11) is installed at a lower portion of the rod(8). A bracket(7) is provided at an upper end of the rod(8). A limit switch(5), which is operated by the bracket(7), is installed at the other side of the body(1). A touch bar(3) having a pinion gear(34) is assembled at a lower portion of the touch lever(2). A pair of guides having a rack gear are installed at both sides of the touch bar(3).
