FILM FORMING PELLET OBTAINED FROM COLLECTED POLYVINYL ALCOHOL RESIN FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYVINYL ALCOHOL RESIN FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyvinyl alcohol resin film without deteriorating the working efficiencies such as film properties and film forming properties as in using only a new polyvinyl alcohol resin powder even though collected polyvinyl alcohol resin is partly reused.

SOLUTION: In producing the polyvinyl alcohol resin film by extruding a mixture comprising the collected polyvinyl alcohol resin film and the new polyvinyl alcohol resin and water, the collected polyvinyl alcohol resin film is mixed with the new polyvinyl alcohol resin powder in pellet form, especially the above pellet is made by causing the collected polyvinyl alcohol resin film to include water into 10 to 30 weight % of water content and cutting the film bundling it into string-shaped strands.
