PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satchel whose lower side corners of the front pocket part of a main body are structured resistant to wearing. SOLUTION: A front plate 20 to constitute the pocket part 13 of the main body of this satchel and a small gusset member 17 without end thinning almost orthogonally attached to the front plate 20 are sewed together from outside to structure lower end corners in the front pocket part 13 of the satchel main body 1 strong against wearing. Because the small gusset member 17 without end thinning is used, wearing to an extent to open a hole by long time use can be prevented. The sewing like this is enabled by improvement of an industrial sewing machine. Thus cost-up by increasing the number of parts and man- hour can be prevented because special parts such as reinforcing metal fittings are not required. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
