PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaver capable of narrowing an operation area where it can not contribute to beard cutting to the minimum and surely cutting curly hair and teased hair in the shaver of a reciprocating movement type. SOLUTION: A razor head 4 having an inner blade 2 and an outer blade 3 is provided on one end of a shaver body case 1 and a grip 5 is provided successively to the razor head 4. The inner blade 2 is driven by an ultrasonic wave motor 7 incorporated in the grip 5. The ultrasonic wave motor of a traveling wave type capable of turning back and forth is used for the ultrasonic wave motor 7 and the inner blade 2 is driven so as to be turned back and forth.
