PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide parts mounting structure that can suppress a manufacturing cost by facilitating die forming of molded parts to which parts are mounted in the inclined state. SOLUTION: In a loudspeaker mounting frame 120, a loudspeaker 118 is mounted to a mounting boss 160 of a speaker mounting part 132 provided on the back face side with tapping screws 168. The top face of the mounting boss 160 is inclined to an orthogonal face to the drawing direction of a mold which forms the back face side of the loudspeaker mounting frame 120. A hole 170 before threading bored in the top face is an oblong hole whose opening shape is formed along the inclined direction of an inclined face, and the upper side and lower side internal wall surfaces opposed on the upper and lower sides of the inclined direction are formed in extended shape along the mold drawing direction, or the internal wall surface upper side is formed in outward enlarged shape from the mold drawing direction. As a result, the hole 170 before threading is not an undercut part in the mold drawing direction, so that there is no need to build sliding structure or the like in the mold.
