PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good treatment effect by improving the intimate contact property of the power-feeding electrode of a pulse health instrument to the body. SOLUTION: By using the pulse health instrument 1, a planar electrode 17 is arranged projecting from the inner side face of a hose main body 51 by an interposing member 52 interposed between the hose main body 51 and the electrode 17. Thus, the contact of the electrode 17 to the body becomes intimate, and good treatment effect can be imparted. As the result that the contact property of the electrode 17 to the body is improved by this instrument 1, contacting of a part of the electrode locally with the skin surface of the body is suppressed and a user is prevented from feeling itchy in the middle of treatment.
