PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for pocket warmers which achieves excellent touch of application without causing high- or low-temperature burns. SOLUTION: Two sheets of rectangular case members 15 and 16 comprising a composite material 11 in which fabrics 13 and 14 are stuck both on the surface and rear of a neoprene rubber sheet 12 are laminated one upon another and three end rim parts a1, a2 and b1 thereof are sewn together while a fastener 20 as an open/close means is sewn on the other end rim part b2. The fastener 20 is covered with extension parts 15a and 15b of the two sheets of rectangular case members 15 and 16. The two sheets of rectangular case members 15 and 16 are provided with a plurality of through holes 17 and 18 in arbitrary shapes and layouts.
