PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray camera capable of properly shooting a full range of picture, ranging from a region small in X-ray absorption difference to one large in the difference, ensuring an uniform number of relative X-ray quantum all over the energy field. SOLUTION: Placed in front of an X-ray tube 3, an added filter disc 4 having a plurality of different filters is rotated by a motor 5. The filter position detected by a position detector 6 is inputted into an X-ray controller 10, based on which preferable shooting conditions are chosen from a shooting condition memory 16, and the corresponding signals are sequentially inputted into a high- pressure generator 2. From the X-ray tube, to which different high voltages have been sequentially applied for just one time of shooting, X-rays of different spectrums are radiated to pass through a subject 7. Those X-rays are converted into electric signals through the shooting system of I.I.8-CCDTV camera 20, and then stored in an image memory 21. After being read out by an image processor 22, the images are weighted by a coefficient setting device 24 and undergo the superimposing processing to be displayed on a monitor 23.
