PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently trim pet hair even in a narrow space. SOLUTION: A driven wheel 2 and a driving wheel 3 are arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the inner space of a strut 1 and a transmission member 4 is wound between the driven wheel 2 and the driving wheel 3. The driving wheel 3 is equipped with a driving power source 5 for controlling the driving wheel 3 so as to be normally or reversely rotated and a sliding open channel 6 is formed along the top and bottom of the strut 1. One side of a horizontally extending table 10 is fitted to the transmission member 4 by using the open channel 6 and a base 9 having a recessed part 9A capable of housing the table 10 at the lowest descending position of the table 10 is installed at the lower end of the strut 1.
