PURPOSE: A mini-mill coiler station is provided in which telescope is not generated by measuring weight deviation of coil bar, thereby controlling coiling eccentricity of the coiling bar being entered, and a coiling method using the mini-mill coiler station is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a mini-mill coiler station for coiling bar in a coil shape, the mini-mill coiler station comprises two pressing parts installed at both end parts of upper bending rolls(4,5) for pressing the upper surface of the bar being advanced into the coiler station so that the two pressing parts apply load to both ends of the bending roll respectively; a plural load cells(13,14) installed at both end parts of two rolls that are rotationally driven so that the bar coiled in a coil shape is rested on the two rolls; and a control part(12) for equally or differently controlling load applied to the both end parts of the upper bending rolls by controlling the pressing parts according to a load value inputted from the plural load cells, wherein an off-center detector(10) is installed in front of the upper bending rolls to measure center deviation of the bar being advanced into the upper bending rolls(4,5) and input the measured data into the control part.
