PURPOSE: A personal ability exchange method is provided to enable a member to exchange personal abilities or skills with other member or to hand down the personal abilities to other member over the internet. CONSTITUTION: A service site offers data for motivating a user to develop a special ability or skill(210). The user subscribes for the service site as a member, checks his or her ability to be exchanged with others or to be handed down to others, and registers the checked ability at the service site(220, 230). The user searches for a desired ability and its possessing members at the service site(240). The user exchanges the ability with others or receives the desired ability from its possessing members(250). The user assesses the exchanged or received ability and its possessing members, and the service site calculates an ability exchange assessment index(260). The service site enables the user to perform a self test for checking whether he or she achieves an ability exchange target(270), and provides various service to the user according to an ability exchange target achievement index(280). |
