PURPOSE: A structure for regulating the oil level of a transmission is provided to remove the lack part of lubrication caused by the oil level being dropped under a constant level by preventing oil from leaning to one side in traveling on a slope way. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for an oil storing unit of a transmission comprising front and rear cases(51,52) integrally combined to store oil(50) at the lower side, an oil dam(53) installed between the cases to prevent oil from inclining to one side, and an oil hole(53a) formed at the lower of the oil dam to pass oil, a structure for regulating the oil level of the transmission is composed of an oil flow restricting device cutting off the flow of oil by blocking the oil hole in traveling on a slope way. The oil flow restricting device includes balls(54) having diameters larger than the oil hole to block the oil hole and caps(55) combined to extended projections protruded outward at both sides of the oil hole to prevent the ball from being separated with having a plurality of holes for flowing oil. |
