STRIP IMPACT REDUCING DEVICE OF DUST COLLECTOR HOOD

PURPOSE: A strip impact reducing device of dust collector hood is provided to prevent facility accidents caused by collision of strip directed upward excessively with the dust collector hood positioned in rear of leveling machine and continuous collision of the dust collector hood and brush roll. CONSTITUTION: In a device for reducing impact by collision of strip directed upward excessively with dust collector hood(100) for collecting scale exfoliated or non-exfoliated from the surface of strip passing cold leveling process, the strip impact reducing device of dust collector hood comprises a suction dust collecting part(110) which is integrated with a lower end part of the dust collector hood so that the suction dust collecting part is formed in a box without bottom, and in which a brush roll(120) for removing the non-exfoliated scale is installed; a strip capture part(200) comprising a multi-joint link which is installed in front of the dust collector hood, to the center of which a coil spring inserted elastic cushion body(220) is connected, and at the four directions of which a plurality of oil cushion bodies(210) are installed so that the multi-joint link(230) is shrunk when it collides with the strip; and an idle turning part connected to a certain region of the dust collector hood by idle drum case(320) and idle drum to offset the load by rotating the load of the strip capture part in a strip proceeding direction when the strip capture part collides with the strip.
