DIALOGUE TYPE SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME SEGMENTATION OF EMBRYOBLAST USING CONTROL PARAMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for implementing real-time segmentation of embryoblasts using a digital volume image.

SOLUTION: An object from an adhered anatomical structure is analyzed and, the embryoblast is automatically segmented by providing one or more control parameters for the purpose of adjusting a template which indicates the segmentation of a target volume including the object. Highly accurate automatic segmentation of the embryoblast is achieved and an enhanced conformity of the segmented results can easily be verified.
