<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dough of pizza giving high quality pizza, having spongy appearance and crisp palatability, easily treated without spilling topping ingredients by simply improving the method for producing the dough of pizza. <P>SOLUTION: In a process for forming the dough 1 of pizza from belt-like dough, a large number of small holes 2 are made in the central part of the dough 1 with leaving the peripheral part 1b of the dough. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
