<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health-promoting rice which can easily be handled and can solve a problem that it is difficult to eat germinated unpolished rice containing vegetable fibers in an amount of about four times that of polished rice, containing wonderful nutrients such as amino acids and vitamins enriched by the germination to promote the health, especially having a good effect for constipation, and adopted in dietary therapies for various diseases. <P>SOLUTION: This health-promoting rice is characterized by charging a mixture of a constant amount of the boiled or steamed germinated unpolished rice with a constant amount of polished rice in a receiving member such as a bag or a container. When the health-promoting rice is boiled, the germinated unpolished rice is twice boiled to equalize the softness of the germinated unpolished rice to that of the polished rice, thereby solving the problem that it is difficult to eat the germinated unpolished rice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
