PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method to provide a refill of consumables used inside a device without generating any dirt and dust. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the consumable refill (303), the consumable staple refill is provided with a step to form a plurality of consumables lanes (102) connected detachably along a first direction, a step to laminate a plurality of consumables lanes formed along a second direction, and a step to supply adhesives (103) to the space between neighboring lanes of the plmality of the laminated lanes.
