PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat dissipating property of a circuit board mounted on the connecting part which connects the scope of an electronic endoscope with an image signal processing unit, and also to suppress the influences of radiation noises and external noises. SOLUTION: A shielding cover 60 is provided with a first shielding part 61 for shielding one opening on one end of both the ends of the main body 51 of a frame 50, a second shielding part 62 for shielding the other opening on the other end thereof, and a connecting part 63 which integrally connects the first shielding part 61 with the second shielding 62 and faces the outer peripheral surface 51C of the main body 51. Sealing members 80 are disposed so as to seal a gap between the first shielding part 61 of the shielding cover 60 and the end surface of the upper opening of the main body 51 and a gap between the second shielding part 62 and the end surface of the opening of the bottom surface of the main body 51. A sealing member 81 seals a gap between the connecting part 63 of the shielding cover 60 and the outer surface of the main body 51. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
