PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold assembly wherein both sides of an exhausting property of gas and a protective property against a flash are excellent. SOLUTION: For an ejector pin 74, an axial end surface constitutes an innermost wall of a cavity, and a plurality of gas vents 84 are formed between an outer peripheral surface of the ejector pin and a core. In this structure, since a size of each gas vent 84 is set to a small valve wherein a ceramics compound is difficult to enter, and total sizes of a plurality of gas vents 84 can be set to a large enough valve wherein the gas can be sufficiently exhausted, both of the exhausting property of the gas and the protective property against the flash are improved.
