PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of positively performing the backup of both control boards even in the case of providing a main control board and a sub-control board separately. SOLUTION: The main control board performs the backup of a game state when the voltage monitored by a main power supply monitoring means drops to a prescribed value, discriminates whether to initialize the game state backed up when a power supply is turned on, and transmits an initialization command to a sub-control board in the case of initializing. The sub-control board performs the backup of a rendering state when the voltage monitored by a sub power supply monitoring means drops to a predetermined value, confirms the propriety of resetting to the rendering state backed up when the power supply is turned on and the presence of receiving of the initialization command, and resets to the backed-up rendering state in the case of being resettable and initializes the rendering state in the case of being not resettable or in the case of receiving the initialization command.
