PURPOSE: A leg joint physical therapy device is provided to prevent and treat diseases of the muscular and skeletal system of a leg joint portion. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a driving section(10) which has a rotating disc(12) with a stopping part(11), a rotary axis(14) inserted into a support(13) and a driving motor(15) rotating the rotary axis(14); a lifting plate(20) which has the other end of an operating arm(22) attached to the bottom surface, the operating arm having at one end a horizontal groove(21) reciprocating with being inserted into the stopping part(11), has a plurality of rollers(23) projected on the top surface, has a spring(25) mounted on the center of the rear end by a clamping pin(24) and has a guide groove(26) at both side faces to be lifted by the driving of the driving unit(10); and a horizontal reciprocating plate(30) which has at the bottom end of both side faces a protrusion(32) slidably inserted into the guide groove(26), has at the bottom surface a spring support part(31) elastically supported by the spring(25) and which is mounted on the top surface of the lifting plate(20) to be contacted with the roller(23).
