METHOD FOR CREATING TRANSGENIC ANIMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a transgenic animal, applicable to a wide range of animals by which a target DNA fragment can be easily introduced in good efficiency.

SOLUTION: A solution containing the target DNA fragment is injected from the efferent vessel joined to the testicle so as to be ascending, and hybridization is carried out by using the sperm obtained from the resultant testicle.
