PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounting a circular blade of a slitter, which prevents damage of a spindle by being cut by the circular blade. SOLUTION: A central hole 10 is formed in the circular blade 3. The spindle 2 penetrates the central hole of the circular blade. Axial grooves 12 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the spindle. The axial groove has a bottom surface of a circular cross section. The central hole has a shape corresponding to the axial groove of the spindle. The circular blade integratedly rotates together with the spindle by being fitted on to the axial grooves of the spindle. In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of axial grooves are formed around the spindle at angular intervals. The central hole has a shape corresponding to the respective axial grooves of the spindle so as to fit the respective axial grooves. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
