PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus or the like for processing a metabolic circuit information by which a user can obtain the metabolic circuit information. SOLUTION: This apparatus carries out metabolism simulation by the analysis of a metabolism flow rate balance by allowing the user to set at least one of a desired metabolism circuit information, an environmental factor information and a finishing condition information, and changing nodes and/or edges included in the metabolism circuit information so as to satisfy a termination condition information set by the simulation condition set based on at least one of the metabolism circuit information and the environmental factor information, and outputs the simulation result obtained by carrying out the simulation.
