METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGH TEMPERATURE HIGH PRESSURE FLUID AND HIGH TEMPERATURE HIGH PRESSURE REACTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high temperature high pressure fluid, a high temperature high pressure reaction method and a reaction system thereof capable of reaching prescribed condition in the period of a short time. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the high temperature high pressure fluid by which two kinds of high pressure fluids having different temperature from each other are mixed by flow type and the temperature reaches a set value in the period of≤5 sec is provided. In the high temperature high pressure reaction method and its reaction system, the temperature rising time to the set temperature is controlled to≤5 sec, the side reaction during the temperature rising is suppressed, the chemical reaction for a short time is performed efficiently and highly selectively by using the manufacturing method of the high temperature high pressure fluid to mix a carrier fluid having higher temperature than the set reaction temperature with a matrix solution of≤100°C and to react with each other in a reactor.
