PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaping blade driving apparatus of a combine having stabilized gap between the reaping blades for suppressing the shock and oscillation caused by the reciprocating motion of the slidable reaping blade and keeping the cutting performance. SOLUTION: A driving shaft 2 parallel to a reaping blade 1 laterally placed at the reaping part A of a combine is placed at the back of the cutting part 3. The swinging motion of an inclined wheel 5 fixed to the shaft is converted to the reciprocating motion of the reaping blade 1 by a driving point X through clamping rolls 7 attached to a knife head 6 to form a passive structure moving parallel to the sliding direction of the reaping blade 1.
